Filipovic released from military custody

Nis, Friday -- Kraljevo journalist Miroslav Filipovic was released by the investigating judge today from the military prison in Nis. His lawyer, Goran Draganic, said he was released because the investigation would not be demanded with the legal deadline of 48 hours. He added that this was extremely fair of the military court, although they could still launch an investigation. Draganic expected however that the prosecutor would dismiss criminal charges.
