Milosevic concedes, but "I'll be back" BELGRADE, Friday -- Slobodan Milosevic tonight addressed the Yugoslav nation on television, congratulating Vojislav Kostunica on winning the Yugoslav presidency.
The ousted president said that he had just received the news that the Constitutional Court had confirmed Kostunica's victory.
Milosevic said that he felt great relief at losing the responsibility he had carried for an entire decade. He would now "rest a little more," he said and spend more time with his family, particularly his grandson Marko, and would then concentrate on strengthening his party to ensure it would win the next elections.
