Elections annulled The presiding judge of the Federal Constitutional Court, Milutin Srdic, said the Court had annulled the first round of the presidential vote in Serbia. In an interview with the Radio Free Europe Srdic said that the election for the FRY President had been proclaimed null and void, which meant that the electoral procedure for the presidency would start all over.
