Petition for the Milosevic resignation begins

Opposition Alliance for Change announced that it has started the collecting the citizens' signatures of the demand for the resignation of Slobodan Milosevic. So far the petition have been confidential, but it will become public and will be conducted in the several largest cities of Serbia, starting today.

One of the leaders of Alliance, former Yugoslav Prime Minister, Milan Panic, met with Yugoslav Crown Prince Alexander Karadjordjevic, in Switzerland, and discussed the democratization of Serbia. The Crown Prince expressed the willingness to help the activities of the Alliance.
