Yugoslav Army accuses Montenegro government of collaboration with NATO

HQ of Second Army and Yugoslav Navy issued a statement yesterday saying that Montenegro officials wrongfully accuse the Yugoslav Army and its officials for protecting the dictatorial regime in Belgrade. "In montenegro media, there is a propaganda war against the Yugoslav Army, which is same as the propaganda of the NATO aggressor, and is serving the purposes of the enemy", the statement also says. The Montenegro president Milo Djukanovic accused yesterday Slobodan Milosevic of using Yugoslav Army for his own goals. According to the Yugoslav constitution, the army should be under command of Supreme Council of Defence, which includes Djukanovic. However, Milosevic unofficially dismissed that body, and now the army is under his own command.
